Butler Township Police Activity

BUTLER TOWNSHIP — The following police activity report was received from the Butler Township Police Department. All subjects are innocent until found guilty in a court of law.

February 6

Chic-Fil-A, sexual imposition – offensive contact, police dispatched to a residence on a reported sexual battery of a juvenile that occurred at the juvenile’s place of employment. The suspect is a supervisor of the juvenile. This matter is under investigation and charges pending.

February 8

Dog Leg Road, patient abuse or neglect, elderly female with medical condition needing 24 hour supervision was left alone by paid employee overnight.

Blue Ash Road, patient abuse or neglect, responded to Blue Ash Road on an alleged assault complaint. Residence was a group home for special needs women.

February 9

Red Roof Inn, criminal damaging, Officers were dispatched to Red Roof Inn for disturbance that ultimately resulted in a broken window.

February 10

Walmart, robbery, suspect struck victim in the back of the head, displayed a switch blade, and stoln victim’s cell phone. Charges are pending prosecutor review.

February 12

Frederick Pike @ Alvira Ave., physical control of vehicle while under the influence,

Motorist found passed out behind the wheel of his car, which was still in gear. Subject was under the influence of alcohol and or drugs of abuse. Arrested after failing field sobriety tests. Released to his father after processing.

Brandon L. Bumpers, 30, criminal damaging

Stephanie L. Caudill, 38, violation of protection order

Johnie D. Ellis, 28, physical control of vehicle while under influence

Bryan J. Houston, 29, warrant arrest for failure to appear
