VANDALIA – The following police reports were received from the Vandalia Division of Police. All subjects are innocent until found guilty in a court of law.
Olivia J. Russell, 28, was arrested for OVI after she was pulled over for driving without headlights on Wyse Road near I-75. She refused a breath test and was released to a sober friend.
Adam E. Anderson, 24, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear for a child support hearing when officers were assisting with a child custody exchange. He was transported to the county jail.
Raheed Underdue, 28, was arrested for disorderly conduct/public intoxication after causing a disturbance at the Flying J. He was transported to the county jail where they refused him due to a medical condition. He was subsequently transported to Miami Valley Hospital.
A complainant reported that someone stole her phone while she was at Scene 75. The investigation continues.
After a stop for expired registration, the driver, Roschey Brantley-Black, was cited for driving under suspension and expired plates. Her vehicle was towed and she was transported to her residence.
Damian T. Hobson, 23, was arrested for OVI after he was initially stopped for speeding on W. National Road. He was released to a sober friend and his motorcycle towed.
Branden S. Smallwood, 31, was arrested for burglary after an incident at a residence on S. Dixie Drive. He was transported to the county jail.
Emmett T. Francis, 24, and Matthew C. Schoen, 20, were issued citations for disorderly conduct after having a fight at their place of employment. Both were released.
A 17-year old juvenile male was charged with a curfew violation after an officer observed him riding his bicycle across Northwoods Boulevard at just after midnight. He has been previously warned and cited for curfew violations. He was released to his mother and referred to Montgomery County Juvenile Court.
