Butler Township Police Activity

BUTLER TOWNSHIP — The following police activity report was received from the Butler Township Police Department. All subjects are innocent until found guilty in a court of law.

December 30

Valero, breaking and entering, Suspects threw a landscaping brick through front door glass, entered the business, and removed drawer from cash register. They fled the scene.

Sam’s Club, theft, Victim stating that unknown suspect accessed his Sams Club account info and redeemed points valued at $230.

December 31

Speedway, motor vehicle theft, Vehicle stolen from gas station after owner left the vehicle running in front of the store. Dayton Police Department located the vehicle on Indianola Avenue in Dayton, Ohio. No additional damage to the vehicle. No suspects with the vehicle. Vehicle was towed at owner’s request for evidence collection.

January 1

Walmart, disorderly conduct, Male subject in store intoxicated and causing an annoyance to patrons and employees.

Wings Sports Bar, theft, Intoxicated male lost his debit card, unknown charges found on card next day.

January 2

McDonald’s, Carrying concealed weapon, driver stopped for one headlight. Odor of marijuana, passenger found to have marijuana drug paraphernalia and loaded .40 handgun in waist.

Walmart, theft, Subject selected merchandise and attempted to leave store without paying.

January 3

Wings Sports Bar, breaking and entering, Bar owner observed one of their patrons via surveillance video, breaking into the outside bar which was closed and locked at the time. This was discovered hours later after the suspect left the bar. Suspect returned on January 4, 2019 and was taken into custody after a brief struggle.

Sprint store, theft, I was called to Sprint on a report of a theft of a cell phone, a male subject was later arrested and taken to jail.

January 5

Martindale Dr., OVI, minor injury single car crash with driver arrested for OVI.

Earl F. Woods, 32, warrant arrest for theft

Kelly W. Thompson, 30, warrant arrest for driving under suspension

Patrick M. Smith, 44, disorderly conduct

Douglas R. Richardson, 37, warrant arrest for nonsupport of dependents

Anthony L. Dudley-Martin, 31, warrant arrest for aggravated menacing

Tara D. Wheeler, 38, theft

Alan L. Heys, 56, breaking and entering, resisting arrest, obstructing official business

Christopher J. Dixon, 24, theft
