Butler Township Police Activity

BUTLER TOWNSHIP — The following police activity report was received from the Butler Township Police Department. All subjects are innocent until found guilty in a court of law.

December 4

Days Inn, criminal trespass, Responded to Days Inn room 226 regarding a warrant. Found two subjects in the room that were previously trespassed.

Little York Road, rape, Mother reported that her son was sexually assaulted in 2015. The victim just made the allegations known.

Days Inn, theft, Subject took money from victim’s wallet while he was not in room.

December 6

Red Roof Inn, possession of drug abuse instruments, Subject overdosed in parking lot of Red Roof, had needle in pocket.

Motel 6, misuse of 911, Responded to a theft call at Motel 6, subject was arrested for misuse of 911.

Power Turf Equipment Company, breaking and entering, Responded to Power Turf Equipment Company regarding a breaking and entering.

December 7

Red Roof Inn, theft of motor vehicle, complainant reported that he loaned his vehicle to a friend who then loaned it to a third party who did not return the vehicle when he agreed to. The vehicle was located in Effingham, IL with a suspect in custody.

Lynette M. Brock, 38, warrant arrest (2) for soliciting

Brandi N. Rose, 35, criminal trespass

Bryan T. Eisen, 32, warrant arrest for aggravated burglary

Cassie M. Rose, 19, warrant arrest for criminal trespass

Jose I. Colorado, 24, warrant arrest for OVI

Jesse D. Faller, 22, possession of drug abuse instruments

Pamela R. Reynolds, 60, misuse of 911

Latoria L. Stipes, 33, warrant arrest (2) driving under suspension
