Butler Township Police Activity

BUTLER TOWNSHIP — The following police activity report was received from the Butler Township Police Department. All subjects are innocent until found guilty in a court of law.

July 1

Gardenside, criminal damaging, Responded to residence for a criminal damaging complaint. Resident advised that a glass bottle was thrown at his garage door.

Sudachi Drive, theft, An Elderly male received a phone call advising him to get cash for someone.

Cousin Vinny’s, criminal simulation, Responded for a report of a counterfeit bill.

July 2

Frederick Pike, breaking and entering, Responded to residence regarding a breaking and entering. Nothing was found missing at this time.

Hazelbrook, theft, A pot of flowers was stolen.

Benchwood, misuse of 911, Suspect was arrested for calling 911 and cursing at dispatchers about her dislike for two officers, and for not reporting an emergency.

Walmart, drug possession, Located suspected narcotics on subject being trespassed and disorderly.

July 3

Walmart, assault, Mutually combative physical fight between coworkers at Walmart.

July 4

Blue Ash, theft, Theft of medication from a co-worker in a group home.

July 6

Walmart, robbery, Responded for theft in progress, male suspect threatened to cause physical harm to security officer.

Walmart, theft, Female employee was charged for internal theft of merchandise.

Walmart, theft, Subject was observed leaving the store after being told by security not to return due to theft. After investigation it was discovered that the merchandise he had today had been stolen.

Walmart, theft, Three subjects were inside Walmart price switching. A female who was involved removed merchandise and made no attempt to pay for said merchandise and was arrested for theft.

Walmart, theft, Female suspect removed items of value from Walmart and attempted to return them for a cash refund. She was issued a summons for theft.

Dudley L. Colquitt, 51, warrant arrest for failure to appear

Justin G. Favors, 26, driving under suspension

Danyele C. Brantley, 18, theft

Donald G. Maloon, 38, deception to obtain dangerous drug

Rhobyn I. Waggoner, 41, theft

Andrea N. Miller-Crawford, 26, theft

Tracy K. Winfield, 36, theft
