VANDALIA — The Vandalia Parks and Recreation Department will host the annual NFL Punt, Pass, and Kick competition on Friday, August 28 from 5 – 7 p.m. at Butler Memorial Stadium. The competition will be held prior to the Aviators’ first home football game.

The NFL Punt, Pass, and Kick is free and open to boys and girls ages 6-15. Girls and boys in five separate age divisions (6-7, 8-9, 10-11, 12-13, and 14-15) compete against each other in punting, passing and place kicking in a fun and engaging forum.

The program is a national skills competition for boys and girls between the ages of 6 and 15 to compete separately against their peers. Established in 1961, the PPK program is the oldest NFL Youth Football program.

For more information, contact Alicia McCracken at the Vandalia Recreation Center at 415-2347 or visit nflppk.com.
