The Vandalia Senior Center bazaar was even more successful than last year. It takes many people to make this happen. A big thank-you to Judy Weeks for chairing this event again. Thank-you to those who made things to sell, including the Super Sewers, the Krafty Bloomers, and members who donated food. We appreciate members who gave monetary donations and those of you who filled the trash and treasure room. Thanks to the City for bringing tables, arranging the furniture, and then moving it all back afterwards. All of this would not have worked if not for the volunteers who set up the bazaar and worked on Saturday, including the greeters, trash & treasure workers, those selling the books, puzzles, flower arrangements, and mums, the Super Sewer team, those selling raffle and 50/50 tickets, those working in the dining room, the kitchen crew and cashier, those selling cold cabbage rolls, baked goods, and candy, and the treasurer.

The following 9 sponsors donated raffle baskets and also donated money or goods for the kitchen: Crossroads Rehab, Stonespring, StoryPoint of Troy, Brookdale, Springmeade, Randall Residence, Genesis Troy Healthcare, Brookhaven, and Cypress Pointe. Medigold and Friendship Village also donated items for the kitchen.

The following 18 sponsors also donated raffle baskets: Home Instead, ComForCare, Seniors Helping Seniors, Spring Hills Singing Woods, Spring Hills Home Care, Bella Care Hospice, Springfield Masonic Community, Ohioans Home Healthcare, Grace Hospice, Crossroads Investment Planning, Thrivent, Mill Ridge, Senior Helpers, Earzlink, Siena Woods, 10 Wilmington Place, Horizon Health Network, and Jordan Peterson Edward Jones.
