VANDALIA — The City of Vandalia is sponsoring Neighborhood Beautification Day on Saturday, September 30 in the Foley Drive neighborhood.
Volunteers will offer special assistance to residents on a first come, first served basis. Those requesting assistance or more information should contact City Planner Amber Holloway at 415-2301 or aholloway@vandaliaohio.org.
Trucks will be available to haul away brush, yard waste, and junk from your garage, back yard, or basement. Haulers will NOT accept upholstered furniture, mattresses, or hazardous chemicals.
Free smoke detector checks and battery replacement will also be available.
