Butler fee payment

Parents are encouraged to pay all fees, including academic school fees and pay-to-participate fees, through EZ pay. Most of the fees have been assessed and loaded into the system. If you opt not to pay through EZ pay, you can come to the high school and pay by check or cash.

Pay-to-participate forms are on our website: www.vbcsd.com. Once there, go to Butler under Schools, and then to School Forms. Fall pay-to-participate fees will be due by Friday, Aug. 11. You may either pay the full $125 amount by August 11, or you may pay $75 by then and the remaining balance of $50 by September 8.

As of this school year, please be aware all academic school fees have highest priority and need to be paid before any payments can be applied to other fees, including pay-to-participate fees. All academic fees are to be paid by Friday, Aug. 18. If you have any questions, please contact Kim Thaler at Kim.Thaler@vbcsd.com or 937-415-6306.

Student Parking

Students parking on campus will need to park in the student North Parking Lot. All cars must be registered with the high school on or before the first day of classes. 2017-2018 parking stickers for $10 and mirror hangers, if needed for an additional $10, are available in the main office during the times noted above.

Butler School Pictures

All students will have pictures taken by Easterling Studios during school on Friday, Aug. 18. Parents have the option to purchase your daughter/son’s picture. Order forms will be distributed to our students on the first day of school. Please ask your daughter/son for the form.
