Butler Township Police Activity

BUTLER TOWNSHIP — The following police activity report was received from the Butler Township Police Department. All subjects are innocent until found guilty in a court of law.

July 31

Larissa Ct, menacing, On July 31, 2017, at 1141 hours, I was dispatched to 7XXX Larissa court on a neighbor dispute. Upon arrival, two subjects advised of their issues, and we worked them out.

Brantford Road, endangering children, Responded to residence for an endangering children complaint. Three children, ages X years old to XX years old, were outside without adult supervision. All three children were dirty, and the conditions around them were unsafe.

Wings Sports Bar, theft, Victim left wallet, cell phone, and two payroll checks in wife’s purse. The purse was lost at Wings Sports Bar. The stolen checks were cashed at the Kroger Store on Needmore Road.

Lightner Road, OVI/Physical Control, Responded on a Criminal trespass. The suspect was intoxicated behind the wheel. The driver was arrested for physical control and criminal trespass.

August 1

Red Roof Inn, theft without consent, Investigation revealed that unknown suspect(s) removed a television, microwave/refrigerator combo, coffee maker, lamp, blanket, and 2 pillows from room 118 at the Red Roof Inn motel, 7370 Miler Lane, without permission.

Cedarcliff, theft, Responded to address for a theft complaint.

August 2

Whisper Creek, receiving stolen property, Responded to 3XXX Whisper Creek Drive for an auto theft. Vehicle was last seen at 2100 hours on 8/1/17, parked in the driveway.

Fricker’s, theft, the on duty Manager of the Fricker’s, located at 6843 Miller Lane, in Butler Township reported that a subject left without paying his $59.99 bill. He supplied a suspect name and phone number.

August 3

Sam’s Club, disorderly conduct, Suspect self administered heroin and subsequently lost consciousness. Suspect was revived with NARCAN and transported to Grandview Hospital. Suspect was summoned into VMC for disorderly conduct.

Tim Horton’s, Subject was panhandling in parking lot. Subject was trespassed upon request of business.

Miller Lane, tampering with evidence, Traffic stop, strong odor of marijuana, marijuana and Xanax bars found. 2 subjects arrested.

August 4

Walmart, Stolen vehicle located at Walmart. Unoccupied, towed by Sandy’s.

August 5

McDonald’s, drug possession, Traffic stop, Driver and passenger had 35’s, K9 alert, suspected narcotics located in 2nd passenger’s bra, sent to lab for analysis.

Walmart, Responded to Walmart for a domestic violence in progress. Verbal argument only, no physical contact made.

Walmart, theft without consent, Investigation reveals that the suspect concealed 12 items of merchandise from Walmart, totaling $90.34, and left the store without paying for the items. The suspect was arrested and charged with theft.

August 6

Walmart, An unidentified white male dropped a clear plastic bagging containing suspected meth as he entered the store. The bag was booked into the property room for destruction.

Walnut Ridge, assault, dispatched to 6XXX Walnut Ridge on a report of an assault in progress. Upon arrival a subject was arrested for assault.

Maxton Road, theft, Victim placed cellular telephone down on a table while trying on boots at Boot County. Victim completed his shopping and departed the store. After 15 minutes had elapsed, victim realized he had forgotten the phone and returned to Boot Country. The phone was no where to be found.

Benchwood Road @ North Dixie, driving with no license, Hit and run crash, suspect located and admitted to hitting vehicle, leaving scene and not having a driver license.

Hannah E. Pickens, 18, possession of marijuana

Wail Souisri, 19, tampering with evidence, possession of drugs

Lisa Marie Wright, 38, warrant arrest for wrongful entrustment of motor vehicle, driving under suspension

Jasmine C. Wendling, 26, warrant arrest for forgery, receiving stolen property

Ryan M. Huffman, 32, driving under suspension, traffic citation, two warrants for robbery

Casandra L. Johnson, 45, theft without consent

Nicole L. Hawk, 32, assault

Caroline M. Millbourn, 21, warrant arrest for theft

Juan M. Sanchez-Salazar, 32, driving with no license, failure to stop after accident
