OFFENSE REPORTS

07/20 8135 N. Dixie, Dayton Memorial Park Cemetery: Vandalism to a headstone.

07/20 7130 Miller, America’s Best Value Inn: Macy A. Chambers arrested for possession of drugs.

07/20 3465 York Commons, Walmart: Frank Judkins arrested for criminal trespass.

07/20 4000 Singing Hills, Stonespring: Domestic violence between three family members. Case under investigation due to conflicting statements.

07/21 3785 Whisper Creek: theft of items by a former tenant.

07/22 3465 York Commons, Walmart: Tamara S. Fields arrested for theft of merchandise valued at $156.58.

07/22 6501 Miller, Speedway: theft of a cell phone after customer mistakenly left it inside the store.

07/23 7370 Miller, Red Roof Inn: aggravated robbery by unknown suspects to an individual on motel property. Case under investigation.

07/23 Peters & Green Acres: Larry E. Saxton arrested for domestic violence.

07/23 3465 York Commons, Walmart: Takara Gates and a female juvenile arrested for theft of merchandise valued at $518.70. The juvenile was also reported missing from Dayton, and was subsequently returned to her residence.

07/23 3465 York Commons, Walmart: Jelana Harris arrested for theft of merchandise valued at $41.04.

07/23 6045 Deerfield: lug nuts removed from vehicle.

07/25 3465 York Commons, Walmart: Alisha Salyer and Patrick Roberts arrested for theft of merchandise valued at $33.89.

07/25 7520 President: theft of a water hose.

07/25 3465 York Commons, Walmart: Lindsay N. Baker arrested for theft of merchandise valued at $491.24.

07/25 3465 York Commons, Walmart: Mark A. Lamb arrested for theft of merchandise valued at $101.07.

07/26 3465 York Commons, Walmart: Walter L. Harper III arrested for theft of merchandise valued at $15.76.

07/26 3020 Cricket: Donald Dearth arrested for violating a protection order.

07/26 2388 Kinmont: theft by deception (victim scammed to write a check for $1,500 to someone outside the United States).

07/23 8733 N Dixie, United Dairy Farmers: Danny L. Comer arrested on Montgomery County warrant for aggravated burglary.

07/26 Miller & York Commons: Mark A. Lamb arrested on Montgomery County warrant for violating a protection order.

07/26 3465 York Commons, Walmart: Walter L. Harper III arrested on Sidney PD warrant for theft.
