Butler Township Police Activity

BUTLER TOWNSHIP — The following police activity report was received from the Butler Township Police Department. All subjects are innocent until found guilty in a court of law.

April 24

Miller Lane, identity fraud, Unknown subject used victim’s identity to obtain a cell phone.

Walmart, tampering with evidence, Dispatched to the Walmart in reference to an overdose. Located victim and subject who was with the victim at the time of the overdose. Subject hid drugs and paraphernalia under a bush to avoid detection by the police.

April 25

Walmart, theft, Dispatched to Walmart on employee theft. Asset protection had conducted an internal investigation, and the suspect was arrested.

April 26

Walmart, Small clear plastic bag containing suspected marijuana found on business floor. Marijuana was booked into the property room for destruction.

April 27

Miller Lane, OVI, Responded on noise complaint involving a red PT cruiser, which almost struck a vehicle in lot. Vehicle observed leaving lot northbound on Miller Lane. Driver struck curb before turning into Red Lion parking lot. Driver found to be under the influence of alcohol and was arrested for OVI. Driver became disorderly after being placed in back of patrol vehicle. Transported to jail and booked.

Downing Street, Subject overdosed on unknown drug and was found on Downing Street. Subject went unconscious in back of medic and was revived with Narcan. Subject was transported to Grandview Hospital for treatment.

April 29

Towne Center Drive, criminal damaging, Unknown juveniles threw rocks breaking the glass window to the construction site office trailer. The juveniles fled prior to our arrival.

Benchwood Road, driving under suspension, Stopped vehicle for no front plate. Operator/Owner had an active warrant. Vehicle was inventoried incident to arrest and towed. During inventory located inside the vehicle was marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Operator/Owner was cited for DUS, no front plate, Possession of drugs, Possession of drug paraphernalia and arrested on the warrant.

Red Roof Inn, aggravated robbery, Suspect robbed motel armed with small silver handgun before fleeing on foot northbound from business.

April 30

Sudachi Drive, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, Victim let ex boyfriend use the vehicle to run to the store, subject never returned car or made contact with victim advising whereabouts of the vehicle.

Ashley H. M. Curtner, 29, disorderly conduct/intoxication

Delorean Dorsey, 34, tampering with evidence

Warren P. Dickens, theft

Emmitt IV Smith, 35, OVI, driving under OVI suspension, operating a vehicle without a valid license

Branden J. Bland, 30, warrant arrest for failure to appear

Alfredo M. Jimenez, 23, warrant arrest for speeding

Solomon M. Deleon, 19 possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia, failure to display valid license plates or stickers, driving under suspension, warrant arrest for driving under suspension

David L. Schlater, 55, warrant arrest for reckless operation
