Vandalia Police Reports

VANDALIA – The following police reports were received from the Vandalia Division of Police. All subjects are innocent until found guilty in court of law.

April 7

Michael A. Dapice, 58, was arrested on a warrant for telephone harassment out of Kettering. While on patrol at the Travelodge on Poe Avenue officers discovered a vehicle reported stolen out of Kettering. Dapice was listed as the suspect in this case. He was transferred to Kettering Police at UD Arena. During the incident, Angela L. Brock, 36, was also found to have a warrant for her arrest out of Vandalia Municipal Court for contempt of court. She was taken to the county jail.

A resident on Continental Court reported he had been robbed but investigation revealed the robbery did not occur.

A 15-year old juvenile was charged with theft and vandalism/criminal damaging after an incident on W. Stonequarry Road. The case was referred to Montgomery County Juvenile Court.

License plates were confiscated from a vehicle per BMV order after it turned into an empty lot on E. National Road.

April 8

Anita-Lee Beasley-Dulin, 48, was arrested on a felony warrant out of Montgomery County Common Pleas Court for illegal disposal of hazardous waste during a routine patrol at the Knights Inn on Poe Avenue. She was taken to the county jail.

Patricia Turner, 63, was issued a summons for domestic violence after an incident on Timberlake Dr.

Butler Township Police brought Jacob P. Agullana, 35, to the department for an Intoxilyzer test. Agullana tested .210% and .205% BAC and left in the custody of the Butler Township officer.

April 10

An employee of Living Word Church reported finding a knife concealed in a waste bin in a bathroom stall. It was placed in police property.

Raphael E. Piner, 22, was arrested on a warrant out of Vandalia Municipal Court for failure to appear on a no operator’s license charge. Bond was posted and he was released from the police department.

Doyle E. Allen, 53, was arrested for OVI after an accident at E. National Road and I-75. He was issued a summons and released to a sober family member.

April 11

Scott A. Price, 49, was arrested for domestic violence after an incident on Karns Drive. He was taken to the county jail.

Kristen R. Isaacs, 49, and Gregory T. Ware, 45, were charged with disorderly conduct for fighting. Both were issued a summons.

Donald E. Thagard, 42, was issued a summons for disorderly conduct/public intoxication after he was found intoxicated in the area of Helke and Buttercup. He was released to a sober friend.

A resident on Mulberry Road reported a known suspect who he allowed to stay the night took his debit card and took his son’s car overnight. The investigation continues.

A complainant on Settlers Trail reported fraudulent credit cards in their name after their mail was placed on hold. The investigation continues.

A complainant came to the police department and reported unknown persons took money out of a deceased person’s bank account. The investigation continues.

April 12

Danielle L. Adkins, 39, was issued a summons for criminal trespassing after an incident on Westhafer Road.

A pharmacist at Hock’s Pharmacy reported that an unidentified person came into the pharmacy and attempted to get medications with a forged prescription. The investigation continues.

The license plate was removed from a vehicle parked at the Knights Inn due to three confiscation orders from the BMV.

April 13

A resident on Westhaver Road reported unknown suspects put sugar into her vehicle’s gas tank. The investigation continues.

April 14

Stacy M. Ward, 30, was arrested for OVI after a stop at Johnson Station Road and Little York Road. She was released to a sober friend.
