Butler Township Police Activity

BUTLER TOWNSHIP — The following police activity report was received from the Butler Township Police Department. All subjects are innocent until found guilty in a court of law.

December 5

Golden Corral, Menacing, Unknown subject verbally threatened complainant with physical violence while he was eating in restaurant.

Peters Pike, OVI, Failure to control crash, driver advised he had been smoking marijuana.

December 6

Singing Hills Blvd., assault, Responded to 223 Forestwood Ave. in Vandalia, Ohio regarding an assault that occurred in Butler Township.

Little York Road, theft, Known suspect stole money from victim’s purse

December 7

N. Dixie Drive, theft, Trailer stolen by an unknown suspect at 0455 hours.

Little York Road, assault, Responded to the area of Little York Road and North Dixie Drive for a female and male subject fighting. Subjects were located at Haloran Lane and Little York Road. Both subjects denied fighting, and refusal to prosecute forms for assault were signed by both subjects.

December 9

Benchwood Road, theft of a motor vehicle, Vehicle theft from residence. Vehicle later found in Trotwood. Vehicle recovered and three juveniles arrested for receiving stolen property.

Malina Ave, Disseminate Matter Harmful to Juveniles, Teenage male allegedly sent a picture of a penis to a teenage female.

December 10

N. Sunny Ridge Road, theft, Victim mailed payment of a credit card, and it was never received by credit card company. Victim learned her check was intercepted and money from her account was used to pay another’s credit card balance.

December 11

Ficker’s, criminal damaging, nown subject caused damage by slicing tires and damaging wires on right front wheel hub.

Persons arrested or charged

Kayleigh R. Morris, 20, warrant arrest for assault

Evan J. English, 28, OVI, failure to control

3 juvenile arrests for receiving stolen property

Joshua E. Jackson, 25, warrant arrest for interference with custody

Gerald A. Kilgo, 32, warrant arrest for having weapons under disability, improperly having firearms in a vehicle

Thomas L. Harville, 30, warrant arrest for carrying concealed weapon, improperly having firearms in a vehicle
