VANDALIA – The following police reports were received from the Vandalia Division of Police. All subjects are innocent until found guilty in court of law.
Shonta Smalls, 40, of Trotwood, was arrested on warrants for failure to appear out of Miamisburg on a criminal trespassing case and failure to appear on a theft case. She was taken to the county jail.
William (Billy) R. Zula, 44, was arrested on a felony warrant out of Shelby County for possession of drugs and criminal tools. He was taken to the county jail.
James T. Gilbert, 40, of Dayton, was arrested on a warrant out of Moraine for failure to appear on a charge of making false alarm. He was taken to the county jail.
Barbara J. Wilson, 44, was arrested for domestic violence after an incident at an apartment on S. Brown School Road. She was taken to the county jail.
Alexander G. Kordalis, 36, was arrested for OVI and failure to comply after a stop on W. Alkaline Springs Road. He fled in the vehicle and on foot before he was apprehended. He was taken to the county jail.
Officers were dispatched to B-Jays Drive Thru on the report of a robbery. Despite the assistance of a Dayton K-9 unit, the suspect was not located.
Michel Sealey, 35, of Dayton, was arrested for domestic violence after an altercation near Brindlestone Dr. and S. Brown School Road. He was taken to the county jail.
After responding to an address on Fitchland on the report of an overdose, the female transported to the hospital was found to have an active felony warrant out of Clark County for drug abuse. The vehicle was found to be stolen out of Dayton. The vehicle was recovered and the Clark County Sheriff’s Office was notified that the woman was at the hospital.
