VANDALIA – The following police reports were received from the Vandalia Division of Police. All subjects are innocent until found guilty in court of law.
After investigation, it was discovered a fire at 220 S. Tionda Dr. was intentionally set by unknown person(s). The investigation continues.
Alyssa Florence, 20, of Dayton, was issued a summons for underage consumption of alcohol after an incident on Scott Ave.
Sarah Peterson, 20, of Dayton, was arrested on a probation violation warrant out of Vandalia Municipal Court on an original charge of OVI. She was transported to the county jail.
A complainant reported that money was taken from her purse while in the break room at her employer on Falls Creek Dr. The investigation continues.
Jerry L. Juskae, 58, was issued a summons for violation of a protection order.
A complainant reported that his driver side window was shot while driving in the area of Bristol and N. Brown School Road. The investigation continues.
A vehicle was taken from a storage lot on N. Dixie Dr. The investigation continues.
Michael B. March, 41, was arrested on a warrant out of Montgomery County Pleas Court for burglary. He was taken to the county jail.
Elizabeth F. Owens, 35, was issued a summons for criminal trespassing and criminal damaging after an incident on S. Dixie.
A complainant reported that her wallet and prescriptions were taken from her vehicle while parked at a business on Sand Lake Dr. The investigation continues.
Jason E. Dixon, 38, was arrested for felony domestic violence and two misdemeanor warrants for failure to appear on driving under suspension charges from the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office and Huber Heights Police Department. He was taken to the county jail.
Richard P. Carpenter, 46, was issued a summons for assault after an incident on N. Dixie Drive in Butler Township.
