BUTLER TOWNSHIP — The following police activity report was received by the Butler Township Police Department. All subjects are innocent until found guilty in a court of law.

OFFENSE REPORTS

07/06 9701 Frederick, injury crash: Sean Rehmert arrested for OVI after a crash.

07/06 7227 York Center, Residence Inn, theft: window broken out of vehicle in lot and items stolen.

07/06 8150 N. Dixie, Dodd’s Monuments, breaking & entering: shed broken into, nothing known to be missing.

07/06 7470 Miller, Days Inn, trespass: Allen R. Stone II arrested for trespassing after having been previously issued a trespass notice.

07/07 8121 Frederick, criminal damaging: mailbox damaged overnight.

07/07 Walmart, theft: Kiya Sheppard arrested for theft of $129.96 in merchandise.

07/07 Walmart, trespass: Mary Gamon charged with trespassing after having been previously issued a trespass notice.

07/07 Walmart, theft: two unidentified suspects fled the store in a black Chevrolet Impala after stealing merchandise.

07/07 7640 Painted Turtle, identity fraud: Victim’s identity used in attempt to open credit account in another state.

07/07 8345 Frederick, criminal damaging: mailbox damaged overnight.

07/07 6834 Miller, Fricker’s, theft: male and female fled in a silver Honda Civic without paying for their food order.

07/07 3429 Spanish Villa, telephone harassment from unknown caller.

07/07 2975 Stonequarry, violating a protection order: victim believes protection order was violated, insufficient evidence for charges at this time.

07/08 8517 N. Dixie, drug violations: Joshua E. Best charged with possessing drug abuse instruments and possession of marijuana.

07/08 Walmart, theft: Dominic J. Melvin, Christopher E. Johnston, and Ashley L. Johnson arrested for theft of $15.01 in merchandise.

07/09 8528 Meeker, Retaliation, Inducing Panic: Mark Stamper arrested for making threats to kill multiple people.

07/10 Walmart, theft: Alizham M. Ibragimov arrested for theft of $29.84 in merchandise.

07/10 Walmart, theft: David A. Shadd arrested for theft of $15.00 in merchandise.

07/10 8001 Peters, criminal damaging to a vehicle.

07/10 10787 Engle, attempt theft/criminal damaging: travel trailer broken into sometime in the last two months.

07/12 Walmart, theft: Jessica Riggins arrested for theft of $324.62 in merchandise.

07/12 6676 Towne Center, Cousin Vinny’s Pizza: theft of a vehicle that was left unlocked with keys inside. Vehicle was recovered in Henry County, Indiana on I-70, and Curtis R. Baker was arrested by the Henry County Sheriff’s Department for driving the stolen vehicle and OVI.

CRASH REPORTS

07/06 9701 Frederick: single-vehicle injury crash. Driver cited for OVI, driving under suspension, failure to control, and no seat belt.

07/07 Old Springfield & Peters: single-vehicle non-injury crash. Driver cited for failure to control.

07/07 Benchwood & Miller: two-vehicle non-injury crash. Driver cited for assured clear distance ahead.

07/07 Frederick & Antioch School: one-vehicle non-injury crash. Driver cited for failure to control.

07/08 Harrow & Hardwicke: one-vehicle hit-and-run crash knocked over stop sign. Suspect vehicle not located.

07/08 3780 Little York: two-vehicle non-injury crash. Driver cited for failure to yield from private drive.

07/12 N. Dixie & Little York: two-vehicle non-injury crash. Driver cited for assured clear distance ahead and leaving the scene of a crash.

WARRANT ARRESTS

07/08 Walmart: Ashley Johnson arrested on Clinton County warrant for possession of drugs.

07/08 Walmart: Dominic Melvin arrested on Clinton County warrant for trafficking in drugs.

07/08 8517 N. Dixie: Nicholas Allison arrested on failure to appear warrant from the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office.

07/09 N. Dixie & Benchwood: Christopher Nunley arrested on two warrants for driving under suspension from Kettering PD/Kettering Municipal Court and Perry Township PD/Montgomery County Municipal Court.

07/09 4044 Salem Avenue, Trotwood: Irene Atkinson arrested on Montgomery County Common Pleas Court warrant for Possession of Cocaine and Marijuana, and for Kettering Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply with driving under suspension citation. (Note: this was while officers were participating in a Montgomery County Drug Free Coalition operation in Harrison Township.)

07/11 6501 Miller, Speedway: John M. Yoder arrested on Hillsborough County, Florida warrant for Grand Theft.
