Police Levy, Energy Aggregation lead in absentee ballots


DAYTON — The Butler Township police levy and electrical aggregation issues have taken a small lead among absentee voters according to the Montgomery County Board of Elections.

Issue 44, a 3.5 mil police levy, leads 57.3% to 42.7% with 907 votes in favor and 676 against.

Issue 42, Electric Aggregation, leads 59.33% to 40.67% with 887 votes in fagor and 608 against.

Limited Home Rule, Issue 43, trails by a small margin of 91 votes, 7850694 or 53.08% against, 46.92 for.

These vote tallies will be updated as they are updated by the Board of Elections.
