BUTLER TOWNSHIP — The following police activity report was received from the Butler Township Police Department. All subjects are innocent until found guilty in a court of law.

Sharon M. Carey, 46, theft without consent

Isaac I. Jenkins, 24, warrant arrest for failure to appear, violation of protection order from another state

Herbert J. Boddie, 62, possession of drug paraphernalia

Accident reports

October 18 – N. Dixie @ Little York

Unit #1 was traveling north on North Dixie Drive in the left straight lane and when at Little York Road, Unit #1 failed to stop within the assured clear distance ahead and collided with the rear of Unit #2, which was traveling north on North Dixie Drive in the left straight lane and was stopped in traffic.

October 18 – N. Dixie @ Little York

Unit #1 was traveling south on North Dixie Drive in the center southbound lane and when at Little York Road, Unit #1 failed to stop within the assured clear distance ahead and collided with the rear of Unit #2, which was traveling south on North Dixie Drive in the center southbound lane and was stopped at a red traffic signal. During the investigation of this crash Unit #1 was found to be under a failure to reinstate suspension.

October 20 – Dog Leg @ Meeker

Unit 1 was traveling north on Dog Leg Road in the northbound lane and when approximately 250 feet from Meeker Road, Unit #1 lost control of the vehicle, went off the left the west side of the road, and went into a ditch.

October 20 – Little York @ Meeker

Unit #1 was traveling westbound on Little York Road in the westbound lane and when at Meeker Road, Unit #1 failed to stop within the assured clear distance ahead and collided with the rear of Unit #2, which was traveling westbound on Little York Road in the westbound lane and was stopped in traffic.

October 20 – Frederick Pike @ U.S. 40

Unit #1 was traveling south on Frederick Pike in the eastbound turn lane to turn east and when at US 40 failed to stop within the assured clear distance ahead and collided with the rear of Unit #2 which was traveling south on Frederick Pike in the turn lane to turn east on US 40 and was stopped at the red traffic signal. After the first impact Unit #1 in fleeing struck Unit #2 a second time on the left rear.

October 20 – Benchwood @ Miller Lane

Under investigation, narrative not complete.

October 21 – N. Dixie Drive

Unit#1 was traveling North on North Dixie Drive in the right lane and when at 7825 North Dixie drive attempted to change to the left lane of travel and in so doing, collided with the front passenger side of unit #2 which was traveling North on North Dixie Drive in the left lane. After the collision Unit# 1 did not stop and fled the scene traveling north on North Dixie Drive.

October 23 – I-75 @ Benchwooe Road

Unit #1 was traveling south on the exit ramp to Benchwood Road from southbound 75 and when Unit #1 attempted to turn west on to Benchwood Road, lost control of the vehicle, traveling into oncoming traffic and striking Unit #2, which was traveling east on Benchwood Road in the left turn lane.
