VANDALIA – The following police reports were received from the Vandalia Division of Police. All subjects are innocent until found guilty in court of law.
Randall S. Cox, 42, was arrested for disorderly conduct public intoxication. After persisting in disorderly conduct and being warned numerous times he was transported to the county jail.
A complainant reported laundry being stolen from a dryer at Vandalia Coin Laundry. The investigation continues.
Plates and registration were taken off a truck parked on Karns Drive per confiscation order of the BMV.
Marcus J. Bradford, 34, was arrested for domestic violence. He was taken to the county jail.
Blessing S. Johnson, 19, of Dayton, was issued a summons for petty theft after a report by Scene 75.
Brittany L. Kirby, 26, of Huber Heights, was arrested for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest after Butler Township police found her walking on Wyse Road. She was taken to the county jail.
An Ohio State Trooper brought Dion L. Jackson, 25, of Dayton, to the department for alcohol breath testing. She tested .223 BAC and was released to a sober person.
Roschey S. Brantley-Black, 24, was arrested on a warrant for resisting arrest after being stopped by the Kettering Police Department. She was transferred to the county jail.
The Airport Police Department brought Lashawnda Lane to the department for an alcohol breath test. She tested .185 BAC and was released.
Jeffrey L. Dagiau, 44, was arrested for domestic violence and was taken to the county jail.
A 15-year old juvenile was charged with being an unruly juvenile and unauthorized use of a vehicle. He was taken to the Juvenile Detention Center.
Arby’s on National Road reported receiving a counterfeit $20 bill. The investigation continues.
A person reported that her juvenile daughter had sexual relations with an adult male she met on Facebook. The investigation continues.
Kimberly R. Venable, 30, of Huber Heights, was arrested for disorderly conduct public intoxication. She was taken to the county jail.
Von E. Thomas, 50, was arrested on a felony warrant out of Montgomery County Common Pleas Court for probation violation. He was taken to the county jail.
Robert R. Toliver, 53, was arrested for receiving stolen property after a traffic stop. The vehicle he was driving was reported stolen out of Huber Heights. He was taken to the county jail.
A 17-year old juvenile was charged with trafficking in marijuana, possession of marijuana paraphernalia, and possession of marijuana after police responded to a disorderly conduct complaint in the parking lot on Dixie Dr. He was taken to the Juvenile Detention Center.
