BUTLER TOWNSHIP — The following police activity report was received from the Butler Township Police Department. All subjects are innocent until found guilty in a court of law.

September 27

Willowridge Road, identity fraud

Accident reports

September 26 – Miller Lane

Unit #1 was backing out of a parking space at 6688 Miller Lane and in so doing, Unit #1 struck the right front fender of Unit # 2, which was parked. Unit #1 left the scene in an unknown direction and did not leave information for Unit #2.

September 28 – Benchwood Road @ Miller Lane

Unit #1 was traveling westbound on Benchwood Road in the left-lane and when at Miller Lane, failed to stop within the assured clear distance ahead and collided with the rear of Unit #2, which was traveling westbound on Benchwood Road in the left-lane, and was stopped in traffic. Unit #2 was pushed into Unit #3, which was traveling westbound on Benchwood Road in the left-lane, and was stopped in traffic. Unit #3 left the scene prior to my arrival.

September 28 – Little York Road

Unit #1 was traveling eastbound on Little York Road in the eastbound lane and when at 2553 Little York Road, Unit #1 lost control of the vehicle and went left of center striking Unit #2 a grey Toyota Camry, which was traveling westbound on Little York Road in the westbound lane.

N. Dixie Drive @ Maxton Road

Unit 1 was traveling west on Maxton Road in the westbound lane and when at North Dixie Drive, failed to stop for the stop sign, causing Unit 2 to strike Unit 1. Unit 1 then fled southbound on North Dixie Drive.
