BUTLER TOWNSHIP — The following police activity report was received from the Butler Township Police Department. All subjects are innocent until found guilty in a court of law.

September 19

Benchwood @ Walnut Ridge, underage alcohol possession

September 20

Goodwill, conterfeit money

Society Court, identity theft

Stonequarry Road, misuse of credit card

September 21

Guilford Dr., theft

Meeker Road, domestic violence

Taco Bell, counterfeit money

September 22

Coppersmith Ave., identity fraud

Walmart, theft without consent

Speedway, theft

September 23

Walmart, theft

Extended Stay America, rape (impaired judgement-under investigation)

September 24

Speedway, counterfeit money

Walmart, employee theft

September 25

Old Springfield Road, breaking and entering

N. Dixie Drive, counterfeit money

Persons charged or arrested

Christopher P. Yaeger, 39, warrant arrest driving under suspension

Justice M. Fletcher, 18, underage alcohol possession, littering

Juvenile arrest, reckless operation, failure to produce license

Kyle H. Richardson, 38, warrant for failure to appear

Juvenile arrest, domestic violence

Mandie A. Carr, 39 theft without consent

Christina M. Jones, 29, warrant arrest theft

Accident reports

September 19 – Peters Pike

Unit #1 was traveling north on Peters Pike in the right lane and when at 7240 Peters Pike, Unit #1 lost control of the vehicle and ran off the right side of the road, over corrected, ran off the left side of the road, into southbound lane, hit a guide wire and a tree stump and overturned the vehicle until it came to a rest on its top against a fence. The vehicle came to rest at 7301 Peters Pike.

September 20 – Old Springfield Road

Unit #1 was traveling east on Old Springfield Road in the right lane, and when at 3179 Old Springfield, Unit #1 lost control of the vehicle, drove off the roadway to the right, over corrected, and then drove off the road to the left coming to rest in the front yard to 3179 Old Springfield Road.

September 20 – Frederick Pike

Unit 1 was traveling north on Frederick Pike in the northbound lane and when at 10880, lost control of the vehicle, went off the right side of the road, striking 2 mailboxes (10880 and 10875), then over corrected and crossed the center lane almost striking another vehicle.

September 22 – Commerce Center Drive

Unit 1 was traveling east from 3465 York Commons Boulevard attempting to enter northbound lanes of traffic on Commerce Center Drive and in doing so, failed to yield the right of way to, and collided with the front of Unit 2 which was traveling south on Commerce Center in the southbound lane.
