VANDALIA – The following police reports were received from the Vandalia Division of Police. All subjects are innocent until found guilty in court of law.
Christina M. Simones, 38, was arrested for domestic violence. She was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
A Dayton Airport Police Officer brought David Williams of New Carlisle to the department for an Intoxilyzer test. He tested 0.182 BAC and left with the officer.
Matthew W. Gallagher, 42, was arrested for disorderly conduct after he was reported intoxicated at the Flying J. He was released to a family member.
Police were dispatched to Hertz Rental Car on the report of a vehicle reported stolen out of Seattle, Washington being recovered. No other action was required.
Joseph M. Raines, 38, was arrested at the Shelby County Jail on a warrant out of Vandalia Municipal Court for drug abuse instruments. He was taken to the county jail.
After running a plate at the Travelodge, a vehicle came back as stolen. It was recovered by the owner.
Katherine L. Wiggins, 36, of Dayton, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on traffic offense out of Miami Township. She was taken to the county jail.
Mario Paschall, 36, of Cleveland, was arrested on a felony probation violation warrant out of Cuyahoga County after a traffic stop for speeding. He was taken to the county jail.
Tamara K. Barnes, 24, was arrested for advertising for sexual services on Backpage.com. She was issued a summons.
Jonathan D. Thompson, 38, was arrested for felony domestic violence after an incident on Kenbrook Dr. He was taken to the county jail.
A complainant on Poe Ave. reported that her vehicle was stolen. The investigation continues.
After finding a stolen vehicle in the parking lot of the Travelodge, officers investigated a possible robbery suspect at the hotel, Jacob A. Testerman, 33, of Kettering, was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia and released. Nikki L. Dyson, 24, of Dayton, was arrested on a felony and misdemeanor warrant and Mandy L. Andrews, 27, of Medway, was arrested on a misdemeanor warrant. Both Dyson and Andrews were transported to the county jail.
A resident on Perry St. reported unauthorized checks being written on her checking account by a known female. The investigation continues.
A resident on Homestretch Road reported a stolen ATV. The investigation continues.
Michael R. Morgan, 18, of Tipp City, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia after officers investigated a juvenile overdose. He was issued a summons to appear in court.
A complainant reported his bicycle stolen from the McDonalds on E. National. The investigation continues.
A complainant at Waibel Energy Systems reported that an unknown person cut a catalytic converter out of a vehicle. The investigation continues.
Casey Crase, 25, was arrested on a warrant out of Fairborn Municipal Court for an unpaid traffic offense. She posted bond at the police department and was released.
A complainant on Wollenhaupt Dr. reported items stolen from his garage. The investigation continues.
Officers were dispatched to an address on Kirkwood Road on a bomb threat. The property was cleared with the help of the Airport Police Department. The investigation continues.
David Coder, 46, was arrested for domestic violence after an incident on S. Brown School Road. He was taken to the county jail.
A complainant on Karns Dr. reported that a known suspect took her debit card and used it at two locations and then fled on RTA. The investigation continues.
A complainant on Imperial Court reported her purse stolen from a vehicle. The investigation continues.
A complainant on Brocone Dr. reported unknown suspects stole prescribed medications. The investigation continues.
Stephan D. Brewington, 31, was arrested for possession of marijuana after a traffic stop on E. National near Foley. He was given a summons and released.
Officers were dispatched to an address on Stonequarry Road on the report of items taken from a locked bedroom. The investigation continues.
