June 29 – Little York Road
Unit #1 was traveling east on Little York Road in the right lane and when at 1916 Little York Road, failed to control the vehicle, thus traveling off the right side of the road, striking a power pole, and continued to travel through the yard and ended in the yard of 1918 Little York Road.
July 2 – Commerce Center @ Miller Lane
Unit #1 was traveling west from 6793 Miller Lane attempting to enter the southbound lane of traffic on Commerce Center Drive, and in so doing, failed to yield the right of way to, and was struck by unit #2, which was traveling northbound on Commerce Center Drive in right lane.
July 3 – Benchwood Road @ Miller Lane
Unit #1 was traveling west on Benchwood Road in the right turn lane, and when at Miller Lane, failed to stop within the assured clear distance ahead and collided with the rear of Unit #2, which was traveling west on Benchwood Road in the right turn lane and was stopped in traffic.
July 3 – Frost Road
Unit #1 was traveling north on Frost right in the right lane and when negotiating the left curve at Hidden Hollow Trail, slid on the roadway and went off of the left side of the roadway into a ditch.
