VANDALIA – The following police reports were received from the Vandalia Division of Police. All subjects are innocent until found guilty in court of law.
Ashley N. Dollar, 23, was arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop on N. Dixie Drive. She was issued a summons.
Evon A. Walker, 26, was arrested on a warrant out of Butler Township after a traffic stop for not having lights on. He was transferred to the custody of a Butler Township officer.
Eric J. Cheadle, 42, was arrested on a warrant out of Miami County for failure to pay taxes. He was transferred to the custody of a West Milton officer.
A resident on Thoma Place reported unauthorized transactions on his bank account. The investigation continues.
Ronald E. Simpson, 35, and Derrick O. Simon, 44, were arrested for disorderly conduct/public intoxication after a complaint at the Waffle House on National Road. Simpson was released to a relative, Simon was transported to the county jail.
Jessica R. Schindel, 29, was arrested for disorderly conduct after being found staggering on Webster St. She was taken to the county jail.
Joseph Airport Toyota reported that two males were stealing tires on the back of the lot. The men fled when they say an employee. The investigation continues.
Nicole C. Steck, 33, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation on an original charge of domestic violence. She was taken to the county jail.
An employee of Dollar General reported a hit and run crash into his vehicle while he was working. The investigation continues.
An employee of a business on Poe Avenue reported that her driver side window was broken while she was at work. The investigation continues.
Austin Roberds, 19, of Huber Heights, was arrested on a felony warrant out of Dayton for falsification after a traffic stop. He was issued a citation for the traffic offense and released to a Dayton officer.
