Girl Scouts benefit animal shelter, volunteers

Girl Scouts from Troop 35211 in Vandalia recently visited the Animal Resource Center where they donated Girl Scout Cookies to the volunteers as the troop’s Gift of Caring program. While at the shelter, the girls placed dog beds in the cages and donated toys for the cats.
