BUTLER TOWNSHIP — The following police activity report was received from the Butler Township Police Department. All subjects are innocent until found guilty in a court of law.

OFFENSE REPORTS

06/29 3456 York Commons (Sprint), B&E – Store broken into and phones stolen.

06/29 3086 Benchwood, Criminal Mischief – Vehicle door tampered with overnight, no damage found.

06/29 7819 N Dixie (Renewal Massage), Theft – heat pump condenser stolen from exterior of building.

06/29 7030 Settlement Waye, Theft/Identity Fraud – Money transferred from victim’s account without authorization.

06/30 3465 York Commons (Walmart), Theft – Aaron Russell charged with theft of $5.58 in merchandise. Fled before officers arrived, charges forwarded to court.

06/30 Philadelphia & Frederick, Possession of Marijuana – Justin Lenoir issued summons.

06/30 7125 Miller Lane (Comfort Inn), Theft – blanket stolen from room.

07/01 6550 Miller Lane (Panera Bread), Theft – customer’s cell phone stolen after it was left on the counter.

07/02 3150 Autumn Ridge, Theft – items stolen out of a vehicle glove box.

07/02 6722 Miller Lane (Olive Garden), Attempt Theft – Victim saw someone getting into his unlocked vehicle. Suspect fled and did not take anything.

07/02 3465 York Commons (Walmart), Theft – Elizabeth A. Cloutier and Ashley D. Sanders arrested for theft of $61.28 and $52.40 respectively.

07/03 3008 Creekview, Assault – Fight between several people. No victim was identified, some people fled and others gave conflicting statements. No charges.

07/03 3465 York Commons (Walmart), Criminal Trespass – Walter D. Mcghee Jr. arrested for trespassing after having been previously warned to stay off the property while panhandling.

07/04 7227 York Center (Residence Inn), Assault. Victim refused charges after being assaulted by an acquaintance.

07/04 3465 York Commons (Walmart), Drug Paraphernalia – Alexander M. McBeth arrested for possession of a methamphetamine pipe.

07/04 Stonequarry & Peters, Furnishing False Information to Officer – Tyshaun D. Wilson charged with giving false information to an officer on a traffic stop.

07/04 7560 Glenhurst, Criminal Trespass – Residents saw someone trespassing in their yard, and the subject fled on foot.

07/05 2882 Fernside, Domestic Violence – Crystal L. Busbee arrested for allegedly assaulting the father of her child.

07/05 6955 Miller Lane, Theft – Cell phone stolen from victim while inside the store.

07/05 8729 Meeker, Theft. Row boat stolen from the shore. Boat recovered and suspects identified, victim hasn’t been located to see if they want to file charges or not.

06/09 Frederick Pike & US-40: two-vehicle non-injury crash; ran red light.

07/01 3465 York Commons: one-vehicle vs. pedestrian injury crash.

07/01 Little York & Claude: two-vehicle non-injury crash; assured clear distance ahead

07/02 York Commons & Towne Center: two-vehicle injury crash; failure to yield right-of-way from private drive.

07/04 Peters & Little York: one-car injury crash, caused by non-contact car that did not stop.

WARRANT ARRESTS

06/30 Philadelphia & Stillwater River: Darell Wallace arrested on Butler Township warrant for Driving Under Suspension.

07/04 3465 York Commons (Walmart): William Carr arrested on Clark County warrant for Receiving Stolen Property.

07/04 Stonequarry & Peters: Tyshaun Wilson arrested on Dayton PD warrant for No Operator’s License.

07/04 7130 Miller Lane (America’s Best Value Inn): Matthew Taylor arrested on Montgomery County Common Pleas Court warrant for burglary.
