BUTLER TOWNSHIP — The following police activity report was received from the Butler Township Police Department. All subjects are innocent until found guilty in a court of law.

Miller Lane @ Little York Road, physical control under the influence

Fairfield Inn, criminal damaging/endangering

Airpark Blvd. @ Dog Leg, failure to comply with order or signal of police officer

Accident reports

W. National Road @ Frederick Pike

Unit #1 was traveling west on National Road in the middle through lane, and when at Frederick Pike, failed to obey the traffic control device (RED LIGHT), and in so doing, collided with unit #2, which was traveling south on Frederick Pike turning left onto National Road in the left turn lane.

Benchwood Road @ I-75

Unit #1 was traveling eastbound on Benchwood Road in the right lane and when at the entrance ramp onto I-75 southbound, failed to obey the traffic control device and in so doing collided with Unit #2, which was traveling from east to south in the left-turn lane.

Lambert Avenue

Unit #1 was traveling southbound on Lambert Ave. in the southbound lane at 8925 Lambert Road. Unit #1 went off the right side of the road and struck unit #2 which was parked at 8925 Lambert Ave. Unit #1 then left the scene.
