Staff report

These After the Fire survival bags will be given to victims of fires in Vandalia and Butler Township.

VANDALIA — The Vandalia Division of Fire would like to extend thanks to a very engaged group of community volunteers. The Division of Fire is rolling out it’s After the Fire survival bag program.

Volunteers from the Living Word Church (LWC) are partnering with the Division of Fire to provide this vital customer service program to victims of fires in the City of Vandalia or Butler Township. Each survival bag is setup to support a specific age group of customer. Volunteers from LWC will respond upon request to fires and provide the survival bags and any customer support that is necessary.

Thank you to Living Word Church volunteers and the Vandalia Firefighters Association for purchasing the supplies for these bags.

These After the Fire survival bags will be given to victims of fires in Vandalia and Butler Township.
