VANDALIA – The following police reports were received from the Vandalia Division of Police. All subjects are innocent until found guilty in court of law.
License plates were confiscated per BMV order from a vehicle parked on E. Alkaline Springs Road.
Keith M. Ilgenfritz, 29, was arrested on a warrant out of Kettering for theft. Transfer of custody occurred at UD Arena.
Smedley’s Chevrolet reported that they are missing a dealer plate. The investigation continues.
Vincent K. Crespi, 40, was arrested on a warrant out of Butler Township for fraud after a random license plate check at the Family Dollar on National Road. He was transferred to a Township police officer.
David R. Nestle, 56, was arrested on a warrant out of Butler County for failure to appear on a contempt of court charge. He was transferred to a Butler County Deputy Sheriff.
Brent M. Conover, 37, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear after he came to the police department to inquire about a potential complaint. He posted bond and was released.
A complainant on Henley Court reported that he had been the victim of identity fraud. The investigation continues.
A complainant reported that she was struck in the face by an unknown male at Little York Tavern. The investigation continues.
Michael R. McCullar, 27, of West Carrollton, was arrested for assault after an incident with his girl friend at Scene 75. He was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
A complainant reported being shoved by a known person at an address on Helke Road. The investigation continues.
A complainant came to the police department to report identity fraud. The investigation continues.
