BUTLER TOWNSHIP — The following police activity report was received from the Butler Township Police Department. All subjects are innocent until found guilty in a court of law.

April 11

Charles H. Dean, 40, resisting arrest

Jordan P. Wright, 30, possession of drug abuse instruments

Joseph J. Dugan, 32, deception to obtain a dangerous drug, domestic violence, assault, domestic violence cause belief of imminent physical harm by threat, aggravated menacing

William M. Lancaster, 41, warrant arrest for theft x2

Accidents

Stonequarry Road @ Dog Leg Road

Unit #1 was traveling westbound on Stonequarry Road and after having made the required safety stop at Dog Leg Road proceeded into the intersection to turn left(south)onto Dog Leg road and in so doing, failed to yield the right of way, which resulted in Unit #2 swerving to avoid a collision with Unit #1 and Unit #2 striking a telephone pole.

Peters Pike

Unit#1 was traveling northbound on Peters Pike in the right lane and when at 7240 Peters Pike, Unit#1 fell asleep at the wheel losing control of the vehicle and drove off the road to the right and struck a tree.

Meeker Road

Unit #1 was traveling southbound on Meeker Road in the southbound lane and when at 8450, Unit #1 lost control of the vehicle and ran off the roadway to the right and struck several signs. Unit one came to a stop, reversed, returned to the roadway, and resumed southbound without reporting the crash.
