BUTLER TOWNSHIP — The following police activity report was received from the Butler Township Police Department. All subjects are innocent until found guilty in a court of law.

March 14

Extended Stay America, theft from vehicle

March 15

Meeker Road, OVI crash

Meeker Road, unruly juvenile

Walmart, theft

March 16

N. Dixie, assault

March 17

Comfort Inn, disorderly conduct

Speedway, vehicle stolen from parking lot

S. Sunny Ridge Road, possession of drug abuse instrument

Walmart, theft

Little York Road, sexual battery

March 18

US 40, criminal damaging/endangering

Arrests

Matthew J. Gilbert, failure to control, OVI

juvenile arrest, disorderly condct, resisting arrest, unruly juvenile

Lee T. Dixon, 22, theft

Jeniqua L. Morrow, 23, disorderly conduct fighting or threatening

Kevinyonna E. Evans, 21, disorderly conduct fighting or threatening

Joseph Spain, Jr., 40, possession of drug abuse instruments

Craig M. Fahner, 38, theft

David D. Ellis, 50, warrant arrest

Christopher A. Busic, 59, sexual battery

Robert C. Oder, 39, driving under suspension

Accident reports

March 15 – Meeker Road: Unit #1 was traveling south on Meeker Road in the southbound lane, and when at 8512 Meeker Road, Unit #1 lost control of the vehicle and left the road way into the ditch and struck a utility pole.

March 16 – Little York at Yorkshire Roads: Unit#1 was traveling south on Yorkshire Drive and attempted left turn onto Little York Road. Unit#2 was traveling north on Yorkshire Drive and attempted to turn right onto Little York Road. The two vehicles made contact with each other on Little York Road. Vehicles moved prior to my arrival. Fault could not be determined.

March 17 – Dog Leg Road: Unit #1 was traveling Northbound on Dog Leg Road in the right lane and when at 8240 Dog Leg Road a deer darted into the roadway and in so doing was struck by Unit#1.

March 18 – Little York Road @ North Dixie Drive:

Unit #1 was traveling east on Little York Road in the northbound turn lane and when at North Dixie Drive attempted to make a left turn to travel north and in so doing, failed to yield the right of way to oncoming traffic and collided with Unit #2 which was traveling west on Little York Road in the westbound lane. It should be noted that there was a medic traveling in emergency response at the time of this crash.
