BUTLER TOWNSHIP — The following police activity report was received from the Butler Township Police Department. All subjects are innocent until found guilty in a court of law.

March 7

Peters Pike, Unit #1 was traveling east from the private drive on Peters Pike attempting to enter the north bound lane of traffic on Peters Pike, and in so doing, failed to yield the right of way to, and collided with the right side of Unit #2 which was traveling south on Peters Pike in the south bound lane.

March 9

Benchwood Road at Commerce Center Drive, Unit #1 was traveling westbound on Benchwood Road in the west bound lane and when at Commerce Center Drive, failed to stop within the assured clear distance ahead and collided with the rear of Unit #2, which was traveling westbound on Benchwood Road in the westbound lane and was stopped in traffic.

Little York Road at N. Dixie Dr., Unit #1 was traveling westbound on Little York Road in the right-turn lane and when at North Dixie Drive, failed to stop within the assured clear distance ahead and collided with the rear of Unit #2, which was traveling westbound on Little York Road in the right-turn lane and was stopped for traffic.

N. Dixie Dr. at Little York Road, Unit #1 was traveling eastbound on Little York Road in the right turn lane at the intersection with North Dixie Drive. Unit #1 made a right turn to travel southbound on North Dixie Drive, and in so doing, unit #1 made an improper turn at the intersection, and went into the left southbound lane and collided with unit #2 which was traveling southbound on North Dixie Drive in the left southbound lane.

March 10

Little York Road, Unit #1 was traveling west bound on Little York Road in the west bound lane, and when at 3370 Little York Road, Unit #1 lost control of the vehicle and crossed into the east bound lane and into the ditch.
