BUTLER TOWNSHIP — The following police activity report was received from the Butler Township Police Department. All subjects are innocent until found guilty in a court of law.

Drury Inn, assault – vicitm refused to prosecute

Walmart, theft and possession of controlled substance

Police department – report of identity theft

Old Springfield Road – criminal damaging to mailbox

March 1

Speedway – passing counterfeit currency

Steak N Shake – theft of a meal

Olive Rd. at W. Third – suspects with suspected narcotics and narcotics equipment

Sam’s Club – attempted theft of a TV

Comfort Inn – damage to a vehicle

Woodville Road – criminal damaging to a car window

Dwaye JR Wilson, 20, theft without consent

Dawn M. Endicott, 30, warrant arrest (possession of heroin)

Accident reports

Silver Rock Avenue, Unit #1 was traveling eastbound on Silver Rock Avenue in the eastbound lane and when at 3150, Unit #1 lost control of the vehicle and struck Unit #2, a white Cargo Mate trailer which was pulled by a maroon GMC Suburban

Little York Road, Unit #1 was traveling east on Little York Road and when at Laurel Ridge Drive, failed to maintain reasonable control, traveling off the south side of Little York Road and into the yard of 3880 Little York Road.

Frederick Pike, Unit #1 was traveling northbound on Frederick Pike in the northbound lane and when prior to 6225, Unit #1 left the northbound lane, entered and left the southbound lane and exited the paved surface to the west. Unit #1 then struck approximately four sections of wooden fencing.
