VANDALIA – The following police reports were received from the Vandalia Division of Police. All subjects are innocent until found guilty in court of law.
Shelly Porter, III was charged with criminal trespassing after being found around a business on Industrial Park Drive. He was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
Stephanie M. Guilfoil, 24, Huber Heights, was issued a summons for disorderly conduct after being found intoxicated and not following direction at Scene 75. She passed out and was transported to the hospital for treatment.
After a subject was arrested for the Dayton Municipal Court for a failure to appear warrant, jail officials found suspected narcotics during a search. Pending analysis by the Miami Valley Regional Crime Lab, criminal charges may be filed.
Michael Johnson, 55, was issued a summons for urinating in public.
Jacob E. Graham, 27, and Cody P. Wiggans, 17, were issued a summons for criminal trespassing for driving their van in the field at the old Morton Middle School site.
Officers responded to a male heroin overdose on Kenbrook Drive. He was resuscitated with Narcan and transported to the hospital. Criminal charges are pending.
Craig L. Pater, 28, was arrested on a felony warrant out of Miami County after he was observed near a home on Waller Ave. He was also issued a summons for criminal trespassing.
A complainant reported that his cell phone was removed from his pocket at the Vandalia Recreation Center. The investigation continues.
A complainant reported that his wallet was stolen from the bleachers at the Vandalia Recreation Center. The investigation continues.
Officers were dispatched to an address on Industrial Park Dr. to remove a stolen vehicle. The vehicle was processed for touch DNA and released to the owner at the request of the Dayton Police Department.
Maurice Ra Shaun Galvin, 21, was issued a summons for advertising with the promise of sexual activity at the Hawthorne Suites. He was also trespassed from all Vandalia hotels.
A complainant on Damian Street reported that her truck was stolen from her driveway. The investigation continues.
