Helke teachers present on literacy


Helke teachers Amy Heis and Mirinda Roberts were speakers at the Dublin Literacy Conference presented by Dublin City Schools Feb. 20. The duo spoke to other teachers about how to keep students engaged in small groups and working at literacy centers. The theme of this year’s conference was, “Readers and Thinkers Go Hand in Hand.”
