VANDALIA – The following police reports were received from the Vandalia Division of Police. All subjects are innocent until found guilty in a court of law.
A resident on S. Dixie Drive reported that her vehicle was stolen. The investigation continues.
Danny C. Denney, Jr., 48, was arrested for disorderly conduct after he was asked to leave Oscar’s bar and refused several warnings. He was taken to the county jail.
An officer responded to a hit and run accident in the parking lot of Butler High School. The investigation continues.
Vandalia officers and medic units responded to the scene of a driver unconscious at E. National and Ranchview Dr. He was resuscitated using Narcan. A search of the vehicle revealed suspected drugs, and charges are pending until lab results are received.
Michael E. Kenny, Jr., 42, was arrested on a felony warrant out of Van Wert County Common Pleas Court. He was transported to the county jail.
Christopher A. McQueary, 28, of Ludlow Falls, and Ryan D. Horan, 21, were arrested for robbery after an incident on S. Dixie Drive. Horan was also arrested on a misdemeanor warrant. Both were transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
Andrew D. Manuel, 38, was arrested on a contempt of court warrant out of Kettering Municipal Court after officers responded to an address on Corporate Center Dr. on an aggravated menacing call. He was taken to the county jail.
Jerry P. Alvarado, 39, was arrested for criminal damaging after an incident on Helke Road. He was issued a summons and released.
Jesse D. Keogh, 31, of Tipp City, was arrested for OVI after a single vehicle crash near National Road and Ranchview Dr. He was issued a summons and released to a friend.
Officers responded to the Travelodge due to a person falling in the bathroom. Officers suspect drug abuse. The suspect was revived with Narcan and transported to the hospital. Items at the scene were recovered and sent to the crime lab for testing for possible criminal charges.
