Vandalia Police Reports Dec. 30 – Jan. 2


VANDALIA – The following police reports were received from the Vandalia Division of Police. All subjects are innocent until found guilty in a court of law.

December 30

Scott E. Limbert, 45, was arrested on a warrant out of Montgomery County Juvenile Court for failure to appear on a child support hearing after a traffic stop at N. Perry and National Road. He was taken to the county jail.

An Airport Police Officer was brought to the department for an Intoxilyzer test. The subject tested .000 BAC and was released back to the officer.

A 17-year old juvenile was charged with assault and disorderly conduct after an incident at Waffle House. He was also trespassed from the restaurant. He was released to his mother.

December 31

A complainant on Pool Ave. reported unknown individual(s) entered his apartment and removed a television and Playstation game. The investigation continues.

A 15-year old juvenile was referred for being unruly after running away from home and not returning. He returned home the next day.

Jamara O. Hall, 23, was arrested for menacing/making threats and telecommunications harassment after calling the Waffle House several times. She was transported to the county jail.

Linda J. Davis, 54, was arrested for persistent disorderly conduct after an incident at her Imperial Ct. apartment. She was taken to the county jail.

A complainant reported that his ex-girlfriend called him after being warned not to. Police attempted to serve the woman with a summons for telecommunications harassment, but she would not cooperate.

A complainant on Donora Dr. reported that someone entered her home and stole several items. The investigation continues.

Kristina LaPratt, 33, was arrested for aggravated assault and OVI following an incident at the Rite Aid on W. National Road. She was transported to the county jail.

January 1

Unknown subjects threw a rock at a truck parked at an apartment on Woodview Ct. The investigation continues.

A complainant reported he was assaulted by several males at an address on Goldleaf Ave. The incident was forwarded to detectives for further investigation.

January 2

Billy J. DeBoard, 38, was arrested for domestic violence after an incident on Inverness Ave. He was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
