Vandalia police reports Dec. 3-5

VANDALIA – The following police reports were received by the Vandalia Division of Police. All subjects are innocent until found guilty in a court of law.

December 3

Kathryn E. Arnold, 35, was arrested on a warrant for failure to comply with probation. She posted bond at the police department.

A complainant reported being robbed at the Flying J Travel Center. The investigation continues.

December 4

Kristi C. Brotherton, 37, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an OVI charge by Springboro police. A Vandalia officer took custody of Brotherton and transported her to the county jail.

A complainant on Continental Court reported that his girlfriend stole medication and ran out the front door. The investigation continues.

Wesley A. Brooks, 28, was arrested on a warrant out of Vandalia Municipal Court for probation violation on an original charge of disorderly conduct. He posted bond at the police department.

December 5

A resident on Bohanan Drive reported finding a drone in the parking lot to the rear of 144 Maple St. The owners were not found, and the drone was taken into police custody for safekeeping.

An officer assisted the Ohio State Patrol on a traffic stop on E. National Road and subsequently administered a breath test for the Trooper. Derek Moore, 62, of Cincinnati, tested .119 BAC and was released to the Trooper.
