VANDALIA – The following police reports were received from the Vandalia Division of Police. All subjects are innocent until found guilty in a court of law.
Andrea Stoops, 52, was arrested on a warrant out of Huber Heights for failure to appear on a public order offense. She was transferred to the custody of a Huber Heights officer.
Logan M. Peters, 28, was arrested for domestic violence after an incident on Westhafer Road. He was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
Kenyatta D. Booker, 26, was arrested on a warrant out of Englewood for failure to appear for arraignment on a traffic offense. He was taken upstairs to court and arranged for an appearance the next day in lieu of being incarcerated.
Police were dispatched to an address on Greenhurst Dr. on the report of the theft of stabilizer bars off a truck. The investigation continues.
After being dispatched on a 911 call transferred from the MCSO, an officer found a male and female who were involved in an argument. The female had what appeared to be self-inflicted wounds on her wrist. She was transported to Grandview Hospital.
Dwayne L. Bennett, 35, was arrested for felonious assault after an incident on E. Van Lake Dr. He was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
Police responded to an address on Roxana Drive on the report of a child bitten by a dog. The child was transported to the Huber Heights emergency room for superficial wounds.
After running a LEADS check, the plates of a vehicle on E. Alkaline Springs Road were confiscated per BMV order.
Residents on Randler Ave. reported that a male calling from a known number called asking where his tools were. The investigation continues.
A complainant reported that a known person threatened to kill him over the phone. The investigation continues.
A complainant on Reichard Dr. reported that his license plate was stolen from his vehicle while it was parked in his driveway. The investigation continues.
