OFFENSE REPORTS

09/14 6955 Miller, Sam’s Club: car batteries stolen from store.

09/14 8515 N Dixie, Murlin Heights Elementary, criminal damaging: window broken out.

09/14 3434 York Commons, Day Air Credit Union, possible theft of money from an account.

09/15 3756 Reinwood, theft: car stolen from driveway. Car was left unlocked with keys inside.

09/15 6501 Miller, Speedway: Tim M. Martin arrested for OVI after being involved in a crash.

09/15 3465 York Commons, Walmart: Stephanie M. Looney arrested for theft of $205.92 in merchandise.

09/15 3580 Gariannne: Steven Helrigel II arrested for burglary.

09/15 3465 York Commons, Walmart: Chad W. Hardin arrested for theft of $71.31 in merchandise, and possession of heroin.

09/15 3465 York Commons, Walmart: Brittany J. Tromeur arrested for theft of $4.96 in merchandise, abusing harmful intoxicants, and obstructing official business.

09/16 7130 Miller, America’s Best Value Inn: Melissa Payton charged with criminal trespass after returing to the hotel in violation of a previous trespass order.

09/16 7125 Miller, Comfort Inn: cash stolen by unknown suspect.

09/16 7560 N Dixie: Jon Smith charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia found after K-9 Zorro alerted to a vehicle on a traffic stop.

09/16 7171 Miller, Cracker Barrel: money and prescription drugs taken from victim’s purse, which was left in an unlocked car in the parking lot.

09/16 3465 York Commons, Walmart: Jerry Griffith arrested for criminal trespass and theft of $24.88 in merchandise.

09/17 3465 York Commons, Walmart: Mark A. Phillips arrested for theft of $332.67 in merchandise.

09/17 3465 York Commons, Walmart: Angela J. Skinner arrested for theft of $27.72 in merchandise.

09/17 7227 York Center, Residence Inn: Christopher Cryderman arrested for OVI, possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia discovered during a traffic stop.

09/17 3465 York Commons, Walmart: Donald E. Williams arrested for theft of $54.83 in merchandise.

09/18 7500 Frederick: handgun stolen from victim sometime in the last two years.

09/18 3465 York Commons, Walmart: Dakotah C.J. Fell arrested for theft of $44.88 in merchandise.

09/18 3166 Little York: vehicle window broken out while vehicle was driving through the area.

09/19 6851 Miller, Hooters: four males left without paying their bill of $50.48.

09/19 3465 York Commons, Walmart: Michael A. Bucey arrested for criminal trespass and theft of $99.84 in merchandise.

09/20 Little York & Turtleback: vehicle damaged, possibly from a pellet or BB gun.

CRASH REPORTS

09/14 3465 York Commons, Walmart: two-car hit-and-run crash. Parked car struck by unknown suspect vehicle.

09/15 6501 Miller, Speedway: two-car non-injury crash. Impaired driver struck a pole at the gas station and a parked car.

09/17 N Dixie & Benchwood: two-car non-injury crash; failure to yield when turning left.

09/18 3465 York Commons, Walmart: two-car hit-and-run crash. Parked car struck by unknown suspect vehicle.

WARRANT ARRESTS

09/19 Rachel L. Rein arrested on Centerville PD/Kettering Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply, original charges of driving under suspensions and red light violation.
