Vandalia library to host free series aimed at women’s life topics

VANDALIA — Organization, time management and financial matters are part of life for everyone, but a free program series at the Vandalia branch of the Dayton Metro Library explores how these topics and others pertain to women in particular. While the programs are geared toward mothers, wives, single women, sisters and friends, they are open to anyone who is interested. All are free.

Preparing to Buy Your First Home

Monday, 9/28, 6:30-8 p.m.

A local financial advisor, a lender and a realtor share their experiences working with first-time home buyers. You’ll leave with answers to all your practical questions.

Monday, 10/26, 6:30-7:30 p.m.

Obtaining and using different types of credit is part of almost every American’s financial life, but it’s so easy to make expensive mistakes that can follow you for a long time. Learn how to borrow wisely.

Monday, 11/23, 6:30-8 p.m.
