06/01 8733 N . Dixie Drive (UDF), theft: unidentified suspect stole merchandise and left. Case is under investigation.
06/01 3465 York Commons Boulevard (Walmart), theft: Jody L. Garceau charged with theft and possession of drug paraphernalia.
06/02 1485 Old Springfield Road, identity fraud: unidentified suspect filed tax return using victim’s identity. Investigation will be handled by the IRS.
06/02 Benchwood Road at N. Dixie Drive, possession of marijuana: Jeremy L. Holland charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia discovered while investigating a crash.
06/02 3465 York Commons Boulevard (Walmart), theft: unidentified suspect stole merchandise and left. Case is under investigation.
06/03 3465 York Commons Boulevaard (Walmart), theft: Onoriode L. Uloho arrested for theft of $380.07 in merchandise.
06/03 6549 Miller Lane (Steak ‘N Shake), theft: two unidentified suspects failed to pay for $15.76 in food.
06/03 N. Dixie Drive and Old Springfield Road, auto theft: victim claimed he was intoxicated the night before and had his vehicle stolen from somewhere in the area. Vehicle was found to have been towed by Vandalia PD after being involved in a hit-and-run crash earlier.
06/03 3132 Autumn Ridge Court, assault: victim claimed girlfriend slapped him, but he refused to file charges.
06/04 7130 Miller Lane (America’s Best Value Inn), possession of drugs: Jonathan A. Horton and Jeffrey M. Harness arrested for possession of drugs, tampering with evidence, possessing drug abuse instruments, and possessing drug paraphernalia, discovered by an officer during a traffic stop.
06/04 3465 York Commons Boulevard (Walmart), theft: two juveniles arrested for theft of $56.24 in merchandise.
06/04 3032 Creekview Circle, assault: victim refused to file charges against brother-in-law who smacked him.
06/04 3465 York Commons Boulevard (Walmart), theft: juvenile arrested for theft of $26.84 in merchandise.
06/05 3339 Benchwood Road (Chick-Fil-A), theft x2: unidentified suspect(s) paid for meals with two counterfeit bills.
06/05 7327 Epcot Lane, drug paraphernalia: Raymon V. Villalpando arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia discovered by an officer during a traffic stop.
06/05 Miller Lane and Benchwood Road: Officers responded to Subway on Commerce Center Drive for a subject reportedly using drugs in the bathroom who had already left. Officers found the suspects and initiated a traffic stop, and arrested Jarrod C. Mickle for possession of drug paraphernalia and drug abuse instruments; and Jason M. Mickle for possession of drugs, drug paraphernalia, drug abuse instruments, fictitious license plates, and driving under suspension.
06/05 6704 Commerce Center Drive (Subway), theft: unidentified suspect paid for meal with counterfeit bill.
06/06 6200 Blue Ash Road, attempted burglary: victim’s garage door opened while victim was inside home, but nothing was discovered missing. Garage door opener was left in unlocked car in driveway.
06/07 3465 York Commons Boulevard (Walmart), theft: Nicole Ashmore arrested for theft of $34.94 in merchandise.
06/07 7902 N. Dixie Drive (Wings): Victim became ill after drinking a beer that had been left unattended inside the bar, and suspects it could have been tampered with by unknown suspect(s).
06/07 3465 York Commons Boulevard (Walmart), theft: Beth E. Mills arrested for theft of $225.10 in merchandise, possessing criminal tools and possession of drug paraphernalia.
06/07 3571 Garianne Drive, breaking and entering: items stolen from shed, occurred between January and now.
06/07 2640 Little York Road, child endangering: case is under investigation.
06/02 Benchwood Road at N. Dixie Drive: two-vehicle non-injury crash, failure to yield when turning left.
06/05 Brantford Road at Sleepy Hollow Circle: two-vehicle non-injury crash, improper passing.
06/06 US-40 near Aullwood Road: two-vehicle non-injury crash, assured clear distance ahead.
06/07 6150 Deerfield Street: two-vehicle non-injury crash, failure to control.

06/04 7130 Miller Lane (America’s Best Value Inn): Jeffrey M. Harness arrested on an Englewood PD warrant for failure to appear on a driving under suspension citation.
06/05 7327 Epcot Lane: Raymon V. Villalpando arrested on two Montgomery County warrants for failure to appear for child support hearings.
