BUTLER TOWNSHIP — The following police activity report was received from the Butler Township Police Department. All subjects are innocent until found guilty in a court of law.

OFFENSE REPORTS

08/17 Little York/Alvira: De’Ray Owens arrested for OVI, resisting arrest, and obstructing official business.

08/17 7640 Peters: Michele L. Turner charged with OVI after a crash.

08/17 3510 Sudachi, Fraud Complaint (walk-up complaint at PD, no details yet as report has not been completed.)

08/17 3464 York Common, Walmart: Brooklyn LeMaster, Brian Cochran, and Kyle Cochran arrested for theft of $118.44. LeMaster also arrested for criminal trespass after having been trespassed the last time she was arrested for theft last year.

08/17 6344 Blue Ash: Impersonating a peace officer. Victim received a call from someone claiming to a sheriff’s deputy.

08/17 2995 Benchwood: domestic violence. No charges, under investigation.

08/18 1875 Mavie: theft from a vehicle. Window broken overnight and bag taken from the front seat

08/18 3465 York Commons, Walmart: Latisha Lofton arrested for theft of $55.59 in merchandise.

08/19 6780 Brantford: Forgery. Victim received a forged check from unknown suspect in payment for an item he was selling on craigslist.

08/19 6834 Miller, Fricker’s: theft of lottery tickets.

08/21 3180 Benchwood, Art Van Atta Park, theft: cell phone stolen from unlocked car.

08/21 3465 York Commons, Walmart, theft: victim left cell phone in an aisle, and it was gone when she returned for it.

08/21 7370 Miller, Red Roof Inn: juvenile(s) damaged a vehicle in the lot by throwing rocks at it.

08/21 6500 Miller, Red Lobster: vehicle damaged by unknown means.

08/22 3465 York Commons, Walmart: Salina A. Benson and a male juvenile arrested for theft of $165.89 in merchandise.

08/22 3937 Reinwood: Joseph Rankin arrested for domestic violence.

08/22 7370 Miller, Red Roof Inn: assault. Victim refused to sign charges against suspect who punched and slapped her.

08/22 6722 Miller, Olive Garden, theft: vehicle broken into by breaking a window, and a backpack was taken.

08/23 7370 Miller, Red Roof Inn, trespass: Ismail Melham arrested for criminal trespass and possession of marijuana drug paraphernalia.

08/23 7333 McSmith, attempted criminal damaging: screwdriver was placed under a tire in apparent attempt to damage tire when victim drove away. Spotted by an officer on patrol before the damage could occur.

08/23 3625 Little York, Smith Middle School: alleged assault between two juveniles. Case under investigation, report not yet completed.

08/23 6675 Miller, Fazoli’s: hood of employee’s vehicle damaged by unknown suspect(s).
