BUTLER TOWNSHIP — The following police activity report was received from the Butler Township Police Department. All subjects are innocent until found guilty in a court of law.

OFFENSE REPORTS

07/27 4000 Singing Hills, Stonespring: theft of money from a patient’s room.

07/27 3465 York Commons, Walmart: Marisa E. Welz arrested for theft of $115.93 in merchandise.

07/27 3924 Little York: Norma J. Madden charged with prohibitions concerning companion animals.

07/27 3465 York Commons, Walmart: Gas siphoned from vehicle in lot.

07/27 Miller and Benchwood: Shannon M. Ferris arrested for possession of heroin, drug abuse instruments, and drug paraphernalia found by K-9 Zorro alerting to a car on a traffic stop.

07/28 3465 York Commons, Walmart, stolen vehicle: rental car allegedly taken by a person who did not have permission to drive it. The car was recovered in Dayton.

07/28 6510 Landsend, identity fraud. Victim’s information used to open fraudulent accounts in Florida.

07/28 248 Aullwood, alleged domestic violence. Prosecutor reviewed case and refused charges.

07/29 7130 Miller, America’s Best Value Inn, Ashley D. Sanders arrested for possession of drugs found by officers when serving an arrest warrant.

07/29 8726 Peters, breaking & entering to a detached garage.

07/29 3465 York Commons, Walmart: James Rowles arrested for theft of $10 in merchandise.

07/29 3465 York Commons, Walmart: Brianca Lee, Drameen McClellan, and Rodney Foster charged with theft of merchandise in the amounts of $28.85, $58.64, and $23.58 respectively.

07/30 3611 Dawnridge patient endangerment: caretaker allegedly left developmentally disabled people alone in home. Case under investigation.

07/31 3465 York Commons, Walmart: Deondrea D. Evans and Anterria M. Downey arrested for theft of $96.53 in merchandise.

07/31 3121 Honeycutt: Tracy King charged with dog at large

07/31 6501 Miller, Speedway: Samuel Archie charged with criminal trespass.

08/01 7130 Miller, America’s Best Value Inn: victim claims a female employee of The Harem whom he recently met took his car keys without permission and then stole money from his wallet that was in his car.

08/01 7130 Miller, America’s Best Value Inn: Joseph Williams issued citation for possession of marijuana

08/01 N. Dixie & Sudachi: James P. Hannah arrested for OVI after he was found to be under the influence during a crash investigation.

08/01 7902 N. Dixie, Wings: Female allegedly assaulted a male in the parking lot. The victim refused to file charges.

08/02 10500 block of Frederick: juvenile stole money from family member. The victim refused to file charges.

08/02 2975 Stonequarry: Kenneth L. Dalton arrested for domestic violence, criminal damaging, and disrupting public services

08/02 3542 Village Green: Matthew William Gunther arrested for domestic violence.

08/02 11419 N. Dixie, High Sprits Tavern: theft of license plates from car in parking lot.

08/02 3465 York Commons, Walmart: Ashley Sullivan and Justin Johnson arrested for theft of $21.43 in merchandise.

08/02 7130 Miller, America’s Best Value Inn: William Kline arrested for criminal trespass.

07/30 6675 Miller: Aaaron J. Roy arrested for forgery warrant from Huber Heights PD after he was panhandling at Speedway.

07/31 3465 York Commons, Walmart: Anterria M. Downey arrested for theft warrant from Moraine Mayor’s Court.

07/31 7130 Miller, America’s Best Value Inn: Cara L. Graham arrested on Warren County warrant for Impersonating a peace officer, and Fairborn warrant for Obstructing Official Business.
