BUTLER TOWNSHIP — The following police activity report was received from the Butler Township Police Department. All subjects are innocent until found guilty in a court of law.
Day’s Inn, criminal mischief, investigation reveals that a suspect kicked passenger side door causing a large dent and broke a car window, and recklessly caused a small injury to the owner, in the car, during a domestic dispute.
Walmart, theft, On this date I was dispatched to this address on a report of a theft. A report was taken along with a written statement.
Benchwood, no offense, Investigation reveals that 2 brothers got into an altercation. Upon further investigation, we could not determine a primary aggressor, and both parties refused to cooperate, saying it was mutual combat.
Chipotle, aggravated robbery, On Sunday, October 22, 2017, an armed robbery occurred at Chipotle involving two black male suspects.
Little York Road, felonious assault, Victim claimed friend who he had not seen in years cut him with an unknown object, causing a laceration to his face. Victim fled the scene and got into two crashes in alleged attempt to escape. Victim refused to prosecute suspect for the assault.
Walmart, theft, Subject selected and bagged merchandise passing last point of purchase without making any attempt to pay for property.
Rosecrest, theft without consent, Investigation revealed that the non-custodial parent of a disabled adult took a $5.00 bill from the disabled adult’s wallet without permission.
Frederick Pike, theft of a motor vehicle, Owner is deceased. Attorney settling estate cannot locate the vehicle.
Red Roof Inn, theft without consent, A third party caller reported an altercation at the Red Roof Inn. Both vehicles involved fled prior to officers arrival but the victim was stopped by a neighboring agency nearby after running a red light. According to the listed victim’s, 2 Hispanic males stole victim #1’s cell phone and damaged her vehicle by kicking it multiple times. These same suspects stole a purse from victim #2 but it was recovered by the victim’s friend prior to officers arrival. Neither victim wished to pursue this matter any further and signed refusal to prosecute forms.
America’s Best Value Inn, no offense listed, on Tuesday, October 24, 2017, at 0306 hours, Officers were dispatched to the America’s Best Value Inn, located at 7130 Miller Lane for a domestic dispute between white female and white male.
Walmart, theft without consent, Investigation reveals that unknown suspect(s) removed tools from a vehicle, while parked at Walmart.
Walmart, expired plate, Investigation reveals that a driver was stopped for having an expired license plate on York Commons Boulevard at Towne Center. The driver was found to have an active arrest warrant, and was also under suspension. The BMV requested the plated be confiscated and returned to them. A baggy of marijuana was found, and tagged for destruction.
Rosecrest, disorderly conduct, Investigation revealed that a known subject came to the business outside of allowed hours and was disruptive. The suspect failed to leave upon being told to leave by the staff. The suspect became disorderly by yelling outside the group home, which caused alarm to the employees and residence. After warning to stop, she persisted in her yelling and disorderly conduct.
N. Sunny Ridge Road @ North Dixie, reckless operation, Suspect vehicle struck car, drove through yard, then fled from traffic stop. Suspect vehicle crashed out on North Dixie Drive near Stop Eight Road.
Olive Garden, no offense,
On Thursday, October 26, 2017, at 0846 hours, I was dispatched to the Olive Garden Restaurant to meet with Captain Batz from the Butler Township Fire Department to recover a found AED unit. The owner of the AED unit was unknown, and it was submitted to the property room as found property.
Meeker Road, disorderly conduct, Dispatched to Buckhorn Tavern for a public intox. Subject was standing outside his truck and was staggering around. Summoned for public intox. and released to adult son.
Walmart, theft without consent, Investigation revealed that two suspects left Walmart without paying for $699.72 worth of merchandise. One suspect had a warrant and had drug paraphernalia on their person.
Walmart, possession of drugs, A white female was arrested for a theft at the Walmart store and was found to be in possession of suspected illegal drugs. A white male was found to have active warrants and was arrested.
Little York Road, obstructing official business, Subject wanted for felony warrants fled on foot when I approached him. This subject fled earlier from Englewood PD and was able to elude them as well as OSP and the US Marshalls. Subject was wanted for felony domestic violence charges.
Walmart, theft, Dispatched advised me to contact victim by phone. Victim wanted to file a report on her missing purse.
Silver Rock Ave., domestic violence, report of a domestic dispute.
Walmart, theft, On this date, I was dispatched to Walmart on a report of a shoplifter in custody. Upon arrival, the suspect was arrested and transported to the county jail.
